I realized this morning. The themes in the song "American Idiot" and "Rock Against Bush" are still prevalent to this day. The war on terror, stupid presidents, needless fighting in the middle east, to seek revenge for some plane crash that happened 13 f*cking years ago! Its amazing how little society has changed in the past few years when apparently so much else has changed.
